Natalie’s Story
Natalie is a single mother who spent nearly a year living in a storage unit with her young daughter after escaping a domestic violence relationship. Despite working hard at her job and driving for DoorDash to save for a better future, every day was a fight to survive while keeping her daughter safe.
When Lifeline Ministries first met Natalie through its laundromat outreach ministry, she was carrying not only the weight of homelessness, but also deep emotional pain and hopelessness. What began with a warm meal and clean clothes soon became something much greater—a community that reminded her she was seen, valued, and not alone.
Through consistent encouragement, practical support, and access to resources, Natalie began rebuilding her life step by step. Today, she and her daughter are no longer living in a storage unit. They have a safe home, stability, and hope for the future.
“A year ago, I almost gave up and wanted to end my life. Lifeline Ministries gave me hope when I felt completely broken and forgotten. Because of their love and support, my daughter and I are finally safe and have a place to call home.” — Natalie
